- We work with our customers to coordinate lead times and ship dates. We resolve any delivery issues during coordination with Production, Scheduling and Communicate to appropriate account managers
- From the first point of contact until the order is completed, we lead the coordination and management of customer questions, customer returns, repairs and complaints or any issues that arises with orders
